Used to retrofit the new SeaStar 3′ helm into 4.5′ dash cutouts.
Can also be used to reduce the helm’s protrusion by a width equal to the thickness of the dash.
Required when replacing Teleflex Big-T, Safe-T Helms, Syten Hydraulic Helms, Hynautic H50, H60, H80 & H300 helms
